HPK-Series™ high power asynchronous motors combine high power with precise positioning capabilities. These motors employ windings optimized for servo control combined with high-resolution feedback to provide the precision required by the application. They are built on proven induction motor technology to provide high reliability and durability in demanding applications.
Characteristic:
• High-resolution feedback (up to 2 million pulses per revolution)
• Optional multi-turn absolute feedback
• Motor windings provide constant torque over a wide speed range
• Low moment of inertia for higher acceleration rates
• Continuous torque 96 to 955 Nm (849 to 8445 lb-in.)
• Peak torque 192 to 1927 Nm (1699 to 17042 lb-in.)
• Base speed 1500 and 3000 RPM
• Integrates with our Kinetix® 7000 servo drives, extending the range of Kinetix integrated motion solutions up to 200 Hp (150 kW)
• Standard DIN feedback connector and junction box for power connection
• Integrated fan cooling for higher performance in a compact package
• Standard IEC flange and/or bottom mount
