Kinetix 6000M Integrated Drive Motor System

The 2094 Kinetix® 6000M Integrated Drive Motor System combines high performance MP-Series™ food grade servo motors and Kinetix 6000 servo drive technology into one compact system. This system greatly saves space and simplifies the machine control system. This machine-side mount solution integrates seamlessly with our Kinetix 6000 and Kinetix 6200 multi-axis servo drive systems and is designed to help reduce wiring time and simplify wiring.

Characteristic:

• Continuous torque 3.0 to 7.25 N-m (27 to 64 lb-in)

• Brushless AC synchronous servo motor

• Available in 3000, 3500 and 5000 rpm speeds

• Same mounting flange and shaft dimensions as MP-Series™ servo motors for easy upgrade to integrated drive motor technology

• You can connect up to 16 Kinetix® 6000M Integrated Drive Motor Units to a Kinetix 6000M Power Interface Module using one hybrid power cable and one Sercos motion network cable

• IP66 rated with shaft seal (standard) and use environmentally sealed cable connectors

• Includes food grade lubricant on shaft seal and USDA compliant food grade paint

Built-in security features:

• The Safe Torque Off feature is certified to SIL2/PLd when used in conjunction with the standard Kinetix 6000 Safe-Off Hub. Prevents the drive from restarting after the safety circuit has been tripped.
