Safety relays check and monitor safety systems, allowing machines to start or execute commands to stop them. Single-function safety relays are the most economical solution for small machines that require specialized logic devices for safety functions. Modular and configurable monitoring safety relays are preferred if large and large numbers of safety devices and minimal area control are required. Contains the following products:
1. Software configurable safety relays:
Guardmaster® 440C-CR30 Software Configurable Safety Relays are flexible, cost-effective and easy to use. This relay is ideal for applications that require up to 10 dual-channel safety circuits and control up to 5 output zones. You can configure this relay by selecting certified safety function blocks to quickly build your application. This relay is fully integrated with Allen-Bradley Logix controllers and can be configured using Studio 5000 Logix Designer® software or Connected Components Workbench software. The 440C-CR30 relay can share information with the control system through an optional EtherNet/IP plug-in module in the module, which increases uptime and enables the connected enterprise.
2. Guardmaster Safety Relay:
Guardmaster® single-function safety relays comply with multiple functional safety standards, such as ISO 13849-1 or IEC 62061, and provide key features that simplify installation and reduce system complexity. In addition, the information gathered from the GSR Smart Safety Relays via the optional EtherNet/IP interface minimizes unplanned downtime, increases efficiency, and enables the Connected Enterprise. Guardmaster dual GuardLink safety relays extend this capability even further, and can even share diagnostic and status information from safety switches and safety sensors connected in series via GuardLink
3. Single-function dedicated relay:
Our single-function dedicated relays provide basic and advanced safety functions such as time delay and speed monitoring. They can also be used for specific applications such as two-hand control, mute, and control of pressure-sensitive safety mats and edges.
4. Safety control relay:
Our safety control relays offer mechanical or mirrored contact performance that meets various safety standards around the world.
Bulletin 700S-P and 700S-PK Heavy Duty Safety Control Relays meet global safety standards. These relays feature mechanically connected contacts and a security cover.
Bulletin 700S-CF Safety Control Relays feature mechanical or mirrored contact performance and are required in feedback circuits for safety applications. Bifurcated contacts are suitable for low energy feedback safety circuits that require high contact reliability.
5. MSR300 Series Modular Safety Relays:
Our Bulletin MSR300 Series Scalable Modular Safety Relays allow multiple input modules to be connected to a base unit, thus handling larger and more complex safety systems. It provides logic configuration with multiple inputs and control of multiple independent outputs. The system supports up to 20 different inputs and can control up to 3 zones, performing simple function block logic configuration through rotary switch settings rather than software configuration.
