These safety solutions help reduce machine downtime and increase productivity. To protect people and equipment, many PowerFlex® drives have safety features. The PowerFlex 525 AC drive includes embedded Safe Torque Off as a standard feature. Safe Torque Off is an optional feature of PowerFlex40P, 70, 700H, 700S, 750 series AC drives, and the 750 series also supports safe speed monitoring. In addition, you can use the MSR57P safety relay to configure the frequency converter.

1. PowerFlex 70

The PowerFlex® 70 AC drive is a compact device containing power, control and operator interface designed to meet space, simplicity and reliability requirements. This drive has a wide range of features to help you easily integrate it into your architecture and configure it to meet most application needs.

2. PowerFlex 525

The PowerFlex® 525 AC drive features an innovative modular design for quick and easy installation and configuration. This new generation of compact drives features embedded EtherNet/IP™ communication, USB programming and standard safety features. The PowerFlex 525 drive has a power range of 0.4-22 kW (0.5-30 Hp), supports global voltage classes 100-600V, and offers a variety of motor control options and flexible mounting options. PowerFlex 525 AC drives can operate at temperatures up to 70 °C (158 °F) and are ideal for applications such as conveyors, fans, pumps and mixers.

3. PowerFlex 527

Our PowerFlex® 527 AC drives are designed for use with our Logix Programmable Automation Controllers (PACs). This allows the drive to take full advantage of the controller's capabilities and use Studio 5000 Logix Designer™ to help simplify machine development and use. This simplified approach uses motion control instructions shared by PowerFlex 527 AC drives and Kinetix® servo drives to provide the same user experience for configuring, programming, and controlling both types of drives.

4. PowerFlex 700S

The PowerFlex® 700S AC drive provides optimized integration for the most demanding independent, coordinated drive control and drive system applications. The PowerFlex 700S AC drive with DriveLogix™ option combines the power and flexible control of a PowerFlex AC drive with a high-performance Logix engine for a powerful, cost-effective drive and control solution.

5.PowerFlex 753

The PowerFlex® 753 AC drive is economical and easy to use in general-purpose applications requiring safety features. They come standard with built-in I/O to help reduce engineering costs, reduce machine time-to-market, and meet end-user demands for higher machine productivity, making them ideal for machine builders and system integrators. For low-power applications where space is limited, a size-optimized frequency converter is an option. Dual-port EtherNet/IP™ option modules provide flexible and cost-effective ways to utilize EtherNet/IP networks.

6.PowerFlex 755

The PowerFlex® 755 AC drive is easy to use, flexible in application, and high in performance. They include a variety of control and hardware options, as well as optional embedded safety features. These drives are ideal for a variety of motor control applications including pumps, fans and conveyor belts. With integrated motion based on EtherNet/IP™, you can place these drives on the same network as Kinetix® drives. The dual-port EtherNet/IP™ option module supports ring, line, and star topologies, and Device Level Ring (DLR) functionality for fault-tolerant connectivity and high drive availability.

7. PowerFlex 7000 Drive System with ArcShield Technology

Our PowerFlex® 7000 drive system with ArcShield™ technology is the first arc resistant medium voltage drive with full feedback. The arc-resistance system is certified to meet the most comprehensive set of global arc-resistance standards. This system provides arc fault levels up to 50 kA and meets Class 2B accessibility protection standards.
