Circuit and Load Protection
Circuit and load protection products protect solenoids, relay coils, indicating devices, PLC outputs, and more. They mount on a DIN rail for quick installation and are ideal for high-density configurations. We offer electronic circuit protection modules, circuit breakers and motor protectors, including modular protection systems, bimetallic or solid state overload relays and surge protectors and filters.
1. Circuit breaker
Circuit breakers include industrial DIN rail circuit breakers, high density miniature circuit breakers, motor circuit protectors, earth leakage protectors, miniature circuit breakers and auxiliary protection devices. We offer a variety of configurations, voltage ranges and current ranges to meet your requirements.
Miniature Circuit Breakers: Our miniature circuit breakers are designed with IP20 finger protection and are RoHS compliant. These products also meet additional standards and regulations.
Molded case circuit breakers: Molded case circuit breakers are available in a variety of frame sizes to provide the required current rating and breaking capacity. These circuit breakers protect circuits against overcurrent, short circuits, and ground faults. They can be used with our NEMA and IEC motor starters, overload relays and contactors.
Motor circuit protectors: Motor circuit protectors provide short-circuit protection against a variety of motor loads and are suitable for a variety of motor sizes and installation types. They can be used with our NEMA and IEC motor starters, overload relays and contactors.
Motor Protection Circuit Breakers: Our motor protection circuit breakers provide short-circuit and overload protection against a variety of motor loads and are available in a variety of motor sizes and installation types. They can be used with our NEMA and IEC contactors or solid state motor controllers.
2. Disconnect switch
Our disconnectors are available in fixed and variable depth models, as well as flange mount or door mount models. Our switches are NEMA, IEC and UL listed. We offer a variety of fused and unfused models ranging from 20-1250 A, in both open and closed configurations.
Rotary Disconnect Switches: Our rotary disconnect switches include a wide range of fused and non-fused switches with a current range of 20...1250 A and can be ordered with or without a case. Non-fused switches allow the use of their own fuse box. Fuse-type switches with integrated fuse holder require less panel space.
Safety Disconnect Switches: Safety disconnect switches are suitable for industrial and heavy commercial applications and are also suitable for use in hazardous locations. These switches are available in 30 A, 60 A, 100 A and 200 A current ratings.
Visible Blade Disconnect Switches: Safety disconnect switches are suitable for industrial and heavy-duty commercial applications, and are also suitable for use in hazardous locations. These switches are available in 30 A, 60 A, 100 A and 200 A current ratings.
3. Electronic circuit protection
Bulletin 1692 Electronic Circuit Protection Modules protect the auxiliary circuits of 24V DC switching power supplies. These modules monitor supply voltage and load current, and you can monitor and control these modules locally and remotely.
4. Fuse holder
Class CC, J and small fuses can be installed safely and easily through the fuse holder. These fuse holders provide excellent conductor protection, small motor load protection and small motor load group protection.
140F Fuse Holders: Bulletin 140F Fuse Holders are available for UL Class CC or miniature fuses and IEC 10 x 38 mm fuses, with or without blown fuse indication. These fuse holders are lockable in the open position and are compatible with Bulletin 140M accessories.
1492 Fuse Holder: Bulletin 1492-FB Fuse Holder is suitable for many OEM applications. These fuse holders allow safe and easy installation of Class CC, J and small fuses. Our Class CC and Class J fuseholders are available for branch circuit protection. They are ideal for conductor protection, protection of small motor loads and group protection of small motor loads.
5. Low voltage motor protector
Low voltage motor protectors include a wide selection of overload relays, enclosed motor protectors and modular protection systems. This product includes bimetal relays and solid state overload relays as well as motor protection circuit breakers.
Electronic overload relay: Bulletin 193/592 electronic overload protection relay adopts modular design, which is flexible and convenient to use. They are suitable for NEMA and IEC applications. In addition, this product line offers a wide variety of options, including protection and communication modules.
Bimetallic Overload Relays: Bimetallic thermal overload relays are motor protectors for IEC applications. In order to match our contactors and reversing contactors, this series of relay products came into being
592 NEMA Fusible Alloy Overload Relays: Bulletin 592 Fusible Alloy Overload Relays are thermal devices. When used in conjunction with proper short-circuit protection, these relays prevent motors, motor controllers and power lines from overheating due to excessive overcurrent. An automatic trip mechanism provides overload protection (even when the reset button is pressed).
6. Medium voltage motor protector
Medium voltage motor protectors include Bulletin 857 Motor Feeder Protection and Bulletin 865 Differential Protection Relays to meet your motor and feeder protection requirements.
857 Protection Relays: Bulletin 857 Motor-Feed Protection, Medium Voltage provides a solution for today's motor and feed protection requirements in one package. Protection relays give you flexible control to maximize the output capability of the motor and provide current, voltage and motor protection. Protection relays can be integrated into low or medium voltage motor control centers or purchased as OEM components. These relays can be configured using the bundled SetPointPS software.
865 Differential Protection Relays: Bulletins 865 and 857 motor and feeder protection protect equipment in distribution networks in utility, industrial, power plants, and offshore applications. These relays can be configured using the bundled SetPointPS software.
7. Auxiliary motor protector
Auxiliary motor protectors include monitoring relays and arc ground fault detection systems.
Monitoring Relays: The MachineAlert™ family of dedicated function motor protection relays provide auxiliary protection functions that can be easily added to motor control circuits. These relays meet application requirements for supplemental voltage, current, thermistor, mains and power factor based protection. 8. Surge protectors and filters
Surge protectors and filters meet the needs of industrial surge and filter protection requirements. Surge protectors and filters protect motor drives, contacts, capacitor bank switching, and more. Mounts on DIN rail or panel.
4983-DC Surge Protector and Filter: Bulletin 4983-DC DIN Rail Filter and Surge Protector is a combination filter and surge protection device. This device provides momentary protection and noise protection in a small housing.
4983-DD Data Line Surge Protector: Bulletin 4983-DD DIN Rail Data Line Surge Protector Protects Industrial Communication Networks. These devices use a combination of 3-pole gas discharge tubes and fast clamp diodes.
4983-DH Heavy Duty Surge Protector: Bulletin 4983-DH Heavy Duty AC Surge Protector combines a high-energy varistor (MOV) network with a gas discharge tube for enhanced performance in protection level, lifetime, and leakage current suppression. It is connected in parallel and can be located in the feeder circuit.
4983-DS Surge Protector: Bulletin 4983-DS DIN rail AC surge protection devices are connected in parallel and use MOVs to clamp high voltage surges. These elements are mainly used in main switchboards and protect 1-phase and 3-phase systems.
4983-PF Panel Mount Filter: Bulletin 4983-PF Panel Mount Filter provides noise protection. They monitor and remove high-frequency noise interference waves that can cause premature aging.
