1. Project Background

Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd. is a large-scale multinational mining group focusing on the exploration and development of gold and copper and other metal mineral resources. It is also one of the most profitable and most competitive large-scale mining companies in China's mining industry. . The company has been listed in Hong Kong H-shares and A-shares as a whole, and it is the third largest gold enterprise in the world and the ninth largest non-ferrous metal enterprise in the world.

In order to improve the level of intelligent control technology and research and development capabilities, the customer wants to build an intelligent control technology training center & innovation research and development laboratory, and carry out technical training related to basic automation, basic training of intelligent equipment technology, and DCS/PLC in mining and smelting sectors in the laboratory. The preliminary development and debugging of the project, the development of optimization control technology such as mineral processing expert system, the pre-research of equipment intelligent maintenance technology, and the cultivation of talents for intelligent control project development and implementation. Finally, the laboratory will be built into a technology research and development laboratory that integrates production, education and research to improve the intelligent control technology level and research and development capabilities of the group company.

2. Solutions
1. Build a basic automation training platform, and steadily carry out technical training related to intelligent control in DCS/PLC, common instruments, valves, motors, frequency converters, low-voltage control appliances and various common communication equipment;

2. Build a 5G-based industrial information network to realize DCS/PLC control system; remote instrumentation, valves, motors, frequency converters, low-voltage control appliances; MOM (manufacturing operation system); visualized large-screen terminals; AR glasses interconnection. Help students understand the advanced applications and application scenarios of 5G in industry, and train students in the configuration and construction of 5G networks;

3. Build an industrial data center IDC (private cloud), an overall cloud deployment solution from the server to the client. Help students understand the high availability, high security, and high scalability of industrial data centers (hot add \ zero downtime horizontal expansion \ dynamic resource adjustment), and the installation and deployment of IDC-based service applications in the training academy.

3. Project value
1. On the basis of the automation platform, create a research and development innovation platform for the whole process optimization control technology and simulation simulation of ground, survey, mining, selection, and smelting. Realize the project management mode of "unification of five rings of ore flow"

2. Establish a mine unmanned driving, remote control, production process safety suggestion decision-making system, whole-process fine control node and human-computer interaction system based on 5G transmission and multi-modal data analysis.

3. Build dynamic 3D visualization of production process, 3D visualization of production site intelligent monitoring, intelligent visualization storage of production, and provide technical support for platforms such as smart factories, smart mines and equipment management.

4. Based on domestic AI and IoT core technologies and products, establish a mining-oriented AI and IoT innovation practice platform and R&D platform. Carry out research and innovation on intelligent equipment for mines, safety management and control of operation areas, short-circuit identification of electrolyzers, identification of dangerous behaviors, and remote support services.
