Single function relay with delayed output

Our single-function safety relays with delayed outputs are suitable for applications that must remain powered for a fixed period of time after receiving an input signal. For example, the actuation switch will keep the guard door locked for a fixed period of time after the stop button is pressed.

Safety switch

Safety switches are designed and manufactured to global standards with high reliability, stability and quality. Safety switches include limit switches, interlock switches and emergency stop switches.

Safety Relays

Safety relays check and monitor safety systems, allowing machines to start or execute commands to stop them. Single-function safety relays are the most economical solution for small machines that require specialized logic devices for safety functions. Modular and configurable monitoring safety relays are preferred if large and large numbers of safety devices and minimal area control are required.

Safety Programmable Controller

Our safety PLC systems bring the benefits of traditional PLC systems to complex safety applications, replacing the hard-wired relay systems typically required to bring automated processes to a safe state. Safety PLCs allow standard and safety-related programming to reside in a single controller frame, providing flexibility in programming and a familiar, easy-to-use environment for programmers.

Presence sensor safety device

Safety light curtains are photoelectric presence sensing safety devices that detect the presence of objects in the light curtain's sensing field. Mostly used in machine protection applications to detect the presence of human fingers, hands, limbs or the entire body. Light curtains, also known as AOPDs (Active Optoelectronic Protective Devices), provide optimum safety.

Safe Motor Control

Our safe motor control products help reduce risks associated with the operation and maintenance of electrical equipment. CENTERLINE® ArcShield™ Arc Resistant Controllers and CENTERLINE 2500 and 2100 with ArcShield Motor Control Centers provide tight process control for applications requiring a higher level of personnel protection.

Safe motion control

Our safety servo drive products are designed to help minimize downtime and reduce energy and production waste while helping to increase machine productivity. The Kinetix® 300, 6000, 6200, 6500 and 7000 have built-in safety features. By using Safe Torque Off, the drive output is disabled to remove motor torque without removing power to the entire machine.

Safety Input/Output (I/O) Modules

Our Guard I/O™ safety products provide all the benefits of traditional distributed I/O for safety systems. They reduce wiring costs and start-up times for machines and components. Guard I/O blocks have a variety of features suitable for both in-cabinet and field-mounted applications.

Safety inverter

These safety solutions help reduce machine downtime and increase productivity. To protect people and equipment, many PowerFlex® drives have safety features. The PowerFlex 525 AC drive includes embedded Safe Torque Off as a standard feature. Safe Torque Off is an optional feature of PowerFlex40P, 70, 700H, 700S, 750 series AC drives, and the 750 series also supports safe speed monitoring. In addition, you can use the MSR57P safety relay to configure the frequency converter.

Our Guardmaster® Safety T-Ports/Taps, Distribution Boxes, Shorting Plugs and Taps are components in quick disconnect systems designed to provide machine safety.
