The company is a textile enterprise that mainly produces knitted casual clothing and has vigorously developed sportswear in recent years. It is one of the top 500 private enterprises in China in 2020, and is also one of the important enterprises in Ningbo Municipal Government's efforts to promote 5G + Internet.

 

2. Demand analysis of 5G+ smart factory solutions

The construction of 5G + smart factory mainly builds enterprise private network through 5G + MEC, and launches 5G + AGV, video surveillance and other scenarios. Through the application of 5G high bandwidth and large link capacity, the AGV car can run stably, and the high-definition video monitoring carried by the AGV can pass the 5G network. Data transmission is carried out to improve transmission efficiency.

With the advent of Industry 4.0, the production model of factories is also undergoing a transformation, from traditional manual operations to unmanned ones. In this process, more and more intelligent handling equipment, such as AGV trolleys/forklifts, are used to replace workers to perform some specific tasks, thereby reducing the workload of workers, reducing the occurrence of accidents, and improving the operational efficiency of enterprises.

The application of artificial intelligence in industrial production must first rely on wireless communication technology. In the past, WIFI was generally used to transmit AGV operation information, but WIFI has several obvious defects:

λ The packet loss rate is large, especially when the AGV operates in the frequency switching area.
