2.Project Overview

The 5G+MOM future factory unmanned production line simulates the whole process of automated production in a smart factory, and is also an application of the integration solution of automation, 5G, and informatization. The production line consists of smart shelves, AGVs, robots, glue sprayers, and UV printers. The field equipment transmits data through the JENET 5G intelligent industrial gateway independently developed by JETRUN and the JETRUN-MOM system deployed in the cloud to realize real-time interaction between the MOM system and the equipment. Customers can "place an order" with one click on their mobile phone or tablet to conduct personalized customization. The JETRUN-MOM system automatically arranges production, manufacture, shipment and distribution after receiving the instruction.
