From November 24th to 27th, 2020, the DMP Greater Bay Area Industry Fair will be held at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center. Invited by Guangdong Unicom, Jetron Technology made a grand appearance in China Unicom's 11G15 exhibition hall with the theme of "5G + Future Factory".

5G+Future Factory

The "5G+Future Factory" unmanned production line is independently designed by Jetron Technology, which simulates the whole process of automated production in a smart factory.

White smart shelves, yellow unmanned transport vehicles, and blue robotic arms have jointly created a closed-loop service system, demonstrating to the audience how to receive tasks in an orderly manner, fetch goods, carry out processing, and classify warehousing according to customized needs.

The reason why the 5G+ future factory can complete a series of automated operations is inseparable from the two hidden BOSS - JENET 5G intelligent industrial gateway and JETRUN-MOM manufacturing operation management system.

JENET 5G Smart Industrial Gateway 

JENET 5G intelligent industrial Gateway independently developed by the company is the first 5G industrial-level intelligent gateway in China and the first product that directly connects Ethernet interface of industrial equipment to 5G network in China. We describe JENET as a "5G phone for machines" that can connect various devices with 5G high bandwidth, wide coverage, low latency and high reliability, and connect the language information of different devices.

JETRUN-MOM Manufacturing Operation Management System

The production operation, energy management, equipment management, supply chain and manufacturing management of the entire unmanned production line are all completed by JETRUN-MOM system, another self-developed product of Jetron Technology. The system is a new generation of software that ADAPTS to industry 4.0 and industrial Internet of Things, namely SaaS system, which organically combines production factors such as human, machine, material, method and environment of manufacturing enterprises.
